Role Summary and Impact
As a Paid Search Account Executive, you will be responsible for keyword research, campaign building, daily monitoring and optimisation, as well as pulling and analysing data to write insightful commentary for performance reporting. You will develop excellent platform knowledge and work closely with the Paid Search Manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy, whilst continuously searching for new opportunities through personal research and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage your designated paid search campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
- Work closely with the Paid Search manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy including a rigorous A/B testing plan.
- Assist with performance analysis, internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts.
- Collaborate with and support other team members in the implementation, optimisation, and paid search activation for clients.
- Contribute to client meetings and participate in ongoing client engagement.
- Effectively communicate with your manager, client team and client contacts, regarding deadlines and delivery of work.
- Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks.
- Identify gaps in achievement of goals, objectives and/or processes, and work with the line manager to improve performance and drive efficiencies.
- Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process and reconciliation of spends.

About you:
- Passion for digital marketing, in particular Paid Search, with current dated certifications (Google and Microsoft Ads), and understanding of bid and core PPC technology platforms (Google Analytics, GMP platform, SA360 or Skai, for example).
- Affinity for numbers and with basic data analysis knowledge, keen to drive continued excellence.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and of working as part of a group.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated, always looking to expand knowledge and capabilities.
