WPP is redefining how marketing, creativity, media, data and AI come together at global scale.

As a Product Marketing Manager within WPP Data & Technology Solutions (DTS), you’ll help shape the positioning, go-to-market strategy and adoption of some of WPP’s most strategic technology investments, including WPP Open, our AI-powered marketing operating system, alongside Open Intelligence and other emerging capabilities.

Working at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, technology and client transformation, you’ll play a critical role in helping some of the world’s largest brands unlock greater value from AI, data and marketing technology.

These roles will work across fourverticals of Creative/Production, Media, Data/Identity, and Partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity to join the Product Marketing organisation at a pivotal moment in WPP’s transformation, helping define how next-generation AI and data products are understood, adopted and brought to market across one of the world’s largest marketing and communications companies.

  • What you’ll do
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for products, features and capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, commercially relevant narratives.
  • Create sales enablement materials, customer-facing collateral, presentations and thought leadership content.
  • Partner closely with product leaders and subject matter experts to build expertise in the products, capabilities and markets you support.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen WPP’s market position.
  • Support client pitches, internal enablement and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and bring structure to fast-moving, evolving priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Client teams to ensure successful product adoption and market engagement.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience in Product Marketing within adtech, martech, Saa S, data, AI or product-led technology businesses.
  • Understanding of how technology products are positioned, communicated and successfully brought to market.
  • Experience creating positioning, messaging, sales enablement and customer-facing content.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical, commercial and marketing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where they don’t yet exist.
  • A self-starter with ownership, accountability and curiosity.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the evolving role of AI in marketing and business transformation.

This is not a traditional Product Marketing role.

You’ll be joining a global Product Marketing team responsible for bringing WPP’s most strategic technology, data and AI capabilities to market.

You’ll work alongside leaders across Open, Open Intelligence and others while partnering with teams developing products and capabilities used throughout WPP and by some of the world’s leading brands.
