Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, analytically minded Senior Manager to turn our rich effectiveness evidence (brand, performance, A/B tests, MMM/attribution signals) and media delivery data into clear, actionable stories about how we perform—by client, channel, audience, and creative. You’ll own the insights layer that connects campaign outcomes to business outcomes, guiding smarter planning, sharper optimization, and stronger commercial performance. The core of the role is analysis, synthesis, and storytelling: building always-on views of effectiveness, surfacing drivers of impact, and translating them into recommendations leaders and client teams can act on.
- Campaign effectiveness: Evangelise our measurement offering and advocate for the appropriate use of our suite of measurement tools across client campaigns to assess campaign effectiveness. Work closely with teams such as Solutions Planning, Solutions Development and Activation to shape the right measurement strategy and implementation for campaigns, in relation to campaign objectives and target audience. Support on findings from across the suite of measurement solutions and synthesise into learnings that can be shared across the business and feed into campaign planning.
- Analytics: Support analysts within the Marketing Science team to develop new insights capabilities, such as identifying leading indicators of performance, attribution modelling or developing MMM solutions. Provide input to our measurement and measurement roadmap, as well as collaborating with other internal teams to highlight potential areas for development.
- Projects and process: Manage relationships with external measurement and research partners to ensure projects run smoothly and that key deliverables meet requirements for internal and client dissemination, with clear signposting and regular updates to keep key stakeholders informed. Collaborate with the wider team on the go-to-market implementation on measurement projects, such as the launch of a new solution for the business or enhancements to an existing methodology. Collaborate closely with the Solutions Development team to ensure our measurement solutions align with clients' needs and we measure across all channels suited within WPP Media Solutions. Work together with the wider Marketing Science team on broader initiatives when needed.
