Key Responsibilities:

  • Align to and Maintain Global Search Best Practice: Own the documentation and regular updates of global search operational guidelines, ensuring they reflect the latest technology, platform changes, and performance methodologies.
  • Coordinate the Global Search Community: Co‐chair regular global search community calls, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment across all markets.
  • Drive Operational Consistency: Ensure all agencies and markets adhere to standardised processes for search campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and measurement.
  • Embed Performance‐Led Thinking: Guide practitioners to use analytics, forecasting, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Operational Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, toolkits, and onboarding resources to ensure all search teams operate at the highest standard.
  • Monitor & Improve Quality: Implement robust quality assurance processes to track adherence to operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Market Leads: Partner with regional and market search leads to troubleshoot operational challenges, share best practice, and implement process improvements.
  • Champion Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, integrate automation tools, and reduce manual effort in campaign management.
  • Ensure Client‐Centric Delivery: Align operational processes with client needs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Lead the adoption of new tools, processes, and operational frameworks across the global search network.

Qualifications:

  • Deep Search Expertise: Extensive experience in paid search operations, campaign management, and performance optimisation across multiple markets.
  • Organic Search Fundamentals: Understanding of SEO and GEO projects and their relation to Paid Search.
  • Operational Excellence Mindset: Strong background in process design, workflow optimisation, and quality assurance in a global context.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide practitioner communities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
  • Change Management Skills: Experience leading operational change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, processes, and best practice frameworks.
  • Analytical & Data‐Driven: Skilled in using data to identify operational inefficiencies, measure performance, and inform decision‐making.
  • Global Experience: Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and organisational structures.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong facilitation skills for leading global calls, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
