About the Role
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Measurement Programme Manager. This is a full-time position based in London. This role reports into the Measurement Director.
Responsibilities
- The Account Manager owns end-to-end delivery of the client’s geo holdout experimentation programme, partnering with Amazon’s Measurement team and cross-functional WPP specialists (planning, activation, measurement, account management) to ensure statistically rigorous execution, clear weekly and post-campaign reporting (including cost impact and spend reconciliation), and measurable business impact.
- Owns the end-to-end experimentation programme-intake, prioritisation, governance, workback schedules, and risk/issue management – ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Partners with clients to align objectives, scope and cadence, maintaining clear communication and high satisfaction throughout.
- Establishes and governs ways of working that drive efficiency and quality; equips teams with the processes, tools and clarity needed to deliver.
- Coordinates cross-functional delivery – ensuring media plans and activation setups reflect test designs.
- Ensures methodological rigour – readiness, compliance, and documentation – to produce credible, repeatable results and recommendations.
- Leads reporting – running weekly status and post-campaign reporting to validate live test status, surface risks and quantify cost impact; reconciles spend versus planned and ensures audit compliance is adhered to.
- Champions continuous improvement – advances automation/AI enabled efficiencies across planning, QA, and reporting.
- Upholds the client’s bar for excellence and accuracy by enforcing rigorous QA, documentation, and audit compliance across test implementation, data integrity, and reporting; implements quarterly peer review checkpoints and approval checks to ensure zero-defect against deliverables.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in project management / analytics or a related field.
- Client and stakeholder management – strong communicator who builds trust and can manage up.
- Media planning/activation fluency and tooling – able to read/update media plans, familiarity with Digital platforms (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snap), strong Excel capabilities, SQL/Python and experience using AI to apply efficiencies and creating AI agents are a plus.
- Measurement / Analytics literacy – experience or strong interest in experimentation, hypotheses/KPIs, contamination control, comfortable partnering with analysts.
- Process and governance excellence – designs/enforces SOWs, RACIs, experience using Wrike, trade-off/risk management and ability to coordinate teams/markets to drive efficiency and quality.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
