Role Summary and Impact
Drive operational excellence across Ford markets by owning MAP governance, ensuring high-quality campaign set-up and change control, and enabling activation teams to deliver against campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- MAP Leadership and Governance
- Own the creation, maintenance and quality assurance of MAP shells across all biddable and offline campaigns; ensure information is current, accurate and audit-ready.
- Establish and maintain clear governance for MAP updates, including change control, approvals and versioning where required.
- Ensure activation teams implement MAP changes within agreed timelines and are accountable for completion and accuracy.
- Brief activation teams regularly on MAP updates and required actions; provide clear guidance to enable correct implementation.
- Channel Proficiency and Media Planning
- Build and maintain working proficiency across key marketing channels; understand channel roles, targeting options, measurement approaches and KPI trade-offs across objectives.
- Develop detailed, insight-led media plans that support multiple campaign objectives and align to wider market and brand strategy.
- Partner with channel and activation specialists to translate strategy into executable plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, budgets and measurement.
- Creative Tracker Ownership
- Own the creative tracker for the defined scope, ensuring accurate status reporting across creative development, approvals, trafficking readiness and in-market delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to capture requirements, manage timelines and resolve blockers that may impact campaign delivery.
- Maintain data integrity across tracking documents and related systems; ensure consistency between the creative tracker, MAP and activation deliverables.
- Provide clear and timely communications on risks, dependencies and changes to plan; escalate issues where needed.
