The Director, Global App Enablement is a highly skilled and proactive leader who translates product strategy into scalable enablement programs, equipping the business to drive meaningful platform adoption and value realisation through consistent, high-quality resources.

Your will work autonomously, taking accountability for creating, executing and distributing these resources and building a long-term strategic roadmap.

  • You possess the autonomy to execute all tasks independently, with a long-term horizon and broad scope of influence, and are ready to mentor and guide others within the team.
  • You will be the SME across potentially multiple [CAPABILITY AREAS] and design, develop and execute enablement programs that drive adoption.
  • You will partner with cross-discipline product and go to market teams to support current capabilities and future releases.
  • You will build trust quickly, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders who will help to deliver enablement ‘to the edge’ allowing us to reach the scale of our full organization and value from our capabilities.

They will see you as their trusted advisor and SME in the App/Capability areas that you support.

  • You will monitor adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement and increased engagement, contributing directly to the platform's success and capabilities.
  • You will champion the voice of the customer and contribute to the continued enhancement of our capabilities through data-driven and balanced feedback.
  • You will work closely with other Global Enablement Leads to ensure that processes, ways of working and outputs are consistent and high quality across our different Platform and App Capability areas.

  • Design, lead, and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored for various partner and customer groups aimed at delivering consistent and effective product adoption

  • Translate product features and released into best-in-class, user-centric enablement materials
  • Create and scale knowledgebase articles, guides, and playbooks
  • Inform the design and development of scalable training materials and resources
  • Gather input from the enablement and champion community to continuously audit and improve materials

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in platform/product enablement, client success, product marketing or a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of autonomously driving product adoption and value.
  • Experience in advertising or related field, with a solid understanding of complex agency operating structures, competitive technology and Media, Production and Creative capabilities.
  • Strong comprehension of how commerce data & technology is used by agencies and advertisers to bolster their clients’ business operations and strategies.

First-hand experience with third-party commerce products and platforms is preferred.

  • Familiarity with streamlining workflows through technology, ideally AI-powered automation.
  • Strong analytical skills to track adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and implement comprehensive enablement strategies and lead the creation of impactful supporting materials.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building trust, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships across highly matrixed, multi-geographical teams.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for delivering impactful product demos and training sessions
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and practical thinking in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  • A strong and flexible work ethic; able to thrive under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
