We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising. We’re over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.
Role Summary And Impact
We are seeking a Director of Client Enablement to oversee enablement activities across a market or platform for a major client within the Open Media Studio ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value from Choreograph’s products. You will be responsible for ensuring that enablement plans are executed effectively, that client teams are trained and supported, and that feedback loops are established to continuously improve the client experience. You will work alongside regional and global enablement leaders to ensure your cluster’s enablement efforts align with Choreograph’s broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market / Platform level Client Enablement Oversight: Manage enablement programs for a market for a major client. Ensure market / platform is onboarded effectively, trained on OMS products, and supported through adoption phases. Partner with account teams to identify opportunities to expand product usage and deliver measurable business impact.
- Hands‑On Enablement Delivery: Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs. Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to OMS‑enabled workflows. Provide practical guidance and best practices to drive day‑to‑day adoption.
- Collaboration & Liaison: Act as the primary enablement contact for your market or area of expertise, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams and escalating to Enablement leadership as required. Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities. Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction within your cluster. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with the regional enablement lead to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support for Growth & Retention: Assist in new business pitches and client retention efforts by showcasing OMS capabilities. Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight value delivered to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data‑driven organization.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.
