Role Summary And Impact
Our effectiveness lead will work closely with both the adidas effectiveness team and their internal team to deliver best in class measurement and insights for adidas' media campaigns across Europe. They will be a strong communicator, an expert in measurement & testing, and have strong vision in terms of how to deliver insightful actionable reporting.
Skills And Experience
- Being the strategic partner for the adidas Europe Effectiveness Lead and their broader team; working closely with them to deliver key measurement projects.
- Managing a Senior Analyst and overseeing the roadmap for the separate team responsible for producing our dashboard / data provisioning tools.
- Overseeing our learning agenda in consultation with our adidas Europe Brand and Performance teams.
- Ensuring the quality of our testing remains high and delivers actionable insights to the client.
- Working with both our brand and performance team to optimise our reports to client; both the process and the end product.
- Leading the WPP side of our MMM programme & related data provisioning (working closely with Gain Theory and adidas).
- Leading special measurement project relating to measurement; for example our asset effectiveness analysis programme.
Requirements
- Experienced working in Media Measurement / Effectiveness.
- Very strong communication and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of media measurement tools / techniques; most notably MMM, Digital Attribution, Lift Testing.
- Inquisitive nature; will always to understand not only the 'why' behind trends but also the 'so what'.
