Role Summary and Impact

This role is a critical component of the Unilever Global Capabilities team based in London. Reporting into the Data Operations lead, you will support the team to maintain accuracy and usability of data within our central reporting suite. You’ll be onboarded to manage key data hygiene processes whilst having the autonomy to refine and improve these as you see fit. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys managing processes. Knowledge about media platforms / ad accounts is preferable but not essential and you will be supported in learning how they work and operate.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ad account tracking: Work with our terrific network of local agency teams to collect new information about their local ad accounts. Ensure this information is clean, usable and shared to all relevant reporting teams.
  • Connect Ad Accounts to Global Reporting Suite: Be the primary point of contact with local agency teams to ensure that all local ad accounts are connected to the required reporting systems.
  • Accelerated 3rd party access: Support operational needs to onboard new 3rd party tech vendors (including Third Party Agreements) and ensure connectivity with our global and/or local data.
  • Ad Account Infrastructure: Assist the re-design of ad account structures and best practice across key platforms (including Meta and TikTok) as the client explores moving to an advertiser-owned model. This may also include consideration of organic brand assets (e.g Facebook profiles, Instagram accounts, YouTube Channels, etc).
  • Documentation, Guidance and Resources: Own the documentation that covers all key responsibilities, including Word documents and PowerPoint guides.
  • Global Reporting Analytics + Insights: Own and support the delivery of regular reports that are either pulled from the central reporting suites or provisioned by our local agency network teams. You’ll gain valuable insights into the account’s media landscape and investment across partners.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and can design / follow project plans. Project Manager experience is desirable.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail. Able to spot trends or gaps in data.
  • A team player who would enjoy working across a large network of different teams across the world.
  • Proactive and interested in optimising processes for better outcomes or efficient workflow.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Previous experience using media platform ad accounts (e.g. Meta Ads Manager; DV360; Google Ads; etc.) is desirable but not essential.
