We are recruiting a Client Director to lead some of our most exciting clients, owning, nurturing, and growing senior client relationships.

The role involves leading brands such as KFC, Avanti West Coast, and Nord VPN; ensuring high‑quality work, driving innovation across channels, and overseeing commercial delivery to meet profitability and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the account vision, implementing best practices for future growth.
  • Use consultative problem‑solving to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Own financial business elements of the accounts to deliver efficiencies and Good Growth.
  • Be a trusted client and agency partner, building relationships across levels.
  • Foster an environment that enables teams to deliver award‑worthy work and drives ambition.
  • Apply strong digital acumen, understanding the role of client data in media.
  • Champion inclusivity, supporting the team and empowering every member.
  • Show collaborative leadership, breaking down silos and building cross‑functional relationships.
  • Constantly improve processes and practices for the team and the client.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the agency, driving best‑in‑market work.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience leading scaled client businesses and building relationships across multiple levels.
  • Knowledge of agency remuneration models and ability to discuss and sell them to key client contacts.
  • Deep understanding of agency deliverables: planning, strategy, activation, commercial, and measurement.
  • Experience guiding clients through the changing media landscape and creating future roadmaps.
  • Track record of creating a one‑team culture that motivates all disciplines.
  • History of enhancing the client experience through adaptive agency approaches.
