Role Summary and Impact
- Work with the Analytics Director and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and champion marketing effectiveness across the cluster.
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, with strategic recommendations that drive business impact.
- Advise on channel-mix optimisation; and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients, linking business intelligence directly to performance.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Utilise business results and client learning agendas to optimise campaign design.
- Design and advise on comprehensive measurement plans for campaigns of varying complexity, including hypotheses, variables, and success metrics.
- Support measurement setup and proactively identify measurement gaps and lead client communications.
- Extract, organise, and analyse data from diverse sources (e.g. Campaign performance, social listening, competitive analysis) to distil and distribute actionable insights.
- Support the client's learning agenda and align media sufficiency principles with local market guidelines.
- Engage with the broader effectiveness analytics community to share learnings and ensure delivery of agency best practices (e.g., PCAs, experimentation).
Skills and Experience
- Detailed knowledge of media, marketing, and measurement across all channels.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common econometrics packages.
- Proven ability to convert complex analysis into real-world, actionable solutions.
