Working as part of a team, we are seeking an AI Product Manager to drive marketing transformation work on strategic client opportunities for WPP Open. As part of this team, you’ll lead the content strategy and planning for content opportunities, using social listening, media performance and other data sources to guide clients make effective content to drive their marketing objectives. WPP Open is our cutting-edge AI-powered marketing production platform. You will play a role in shaping the future of AI-driven marketing solutions and have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing platform within a dynamic and innovative environment.
What you’ll do
This role reports to the Chief Product & AI Officer, Production, WPP Open. You will work closely with our Strategic Consulting, production, AI development and WPP Open teams. You will lead one of the Open Production apps building a new-generation suite of AI-driven content automation services. You will:
- Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven content automation services within Open Production apps.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for AI-driven content solutions.
- Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
- Align roadmaps and manage dependencies with other product leads, ensuring a cohesive and integrated product offering across the WPP Open platform.
- Collaborate with the product team to validate, prioritise, and integrate new requests into the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and resource allocation.
- Lead the validation and design of new product ideas and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to conduct feasibility assessments, prototype solutions, and gather feedback.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans in collaboration with marketing teams.
What you’ll need
