Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the No7 Beauty Company and Boots Opticians Client Leadership team - part of The Boots Group. This role will play an integral part on the account, supporting in the delivery of innovative campaigns across all media channels. The successful candidate will work across the entire campaign lifecycle – planning, activation and evaluation – and develop both their brand and performance planning skills.
In this role you will work on interesting and diverse briefs that require multi-channel planning, producing brilliant audience insight and source of growth work to deliver breakthrough campaigns for the beauty and eye-health categories.

As an Account Manager in our Client Leadership team, you will:
- Be accountable for the day to day running of client business, using high levels of initiative to execute strategies and ensure accuracy and punctuality of billing and other administrative tasks.
- Be able to take and distil client briefs, working with the SAD and BD to then come up with effective strategies.
- Have a combination of strong leadership, communication and organisation skills, as well as thorough media knowledge across both on and offline channels.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of the junior team and overseeing this on a day-to-day basis is a key responsibility.
- Be obsessed with driving client performance, becoming a true extension of their team.

We would also be looking for the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a client services, media planning or investment role.
- An ability to analyse client sales and consumer data imaginatively and get to grips with dynamics of the clients marketing environment.
- An enthusiasm and passion about what we do.
- An ability to communicate verbally in an effective way with other members of the team, in particular other departments/creative agencies and Directors.
- A willingness and keenness to learn and develop, becoming experts in our proprietary and industry tools, and processes.
- A deep understanding of media channels and the media planning process.
- An understanding of media effectiveness and how we can deliver results.
