Role Summary and Impact

Openmind, part of WPP, is an integrated agency model drawing on talent from across WPP. It has been created to accelerate the European transformation for Nestlé’s media function. Core to the solution is the advanced best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP’s investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment.

We are looking for a Planning Executive to join the planning team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in the planning process for Nestlé and will get to work across the entire campaign life cycle – from strategy to execution, to reporting. The role will include some client-contact and exposure to the fast pace of planning across a market-leading advertiser; and brand new client. There will be an opportunity to upskill across all channel specialisms.

Display an eagerness to learn. You should be diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn new skills, and put these into practice quickly. Able to display an interest in how digital advertising/marketing works (especially on social media channels) and have a desire to further your knowledge in this area. Computer literate with a good base of skills across the Microsoft Office suite of programmes (including Excel). Being part of a busy agency environment, we regularly work with large amounts of data so a confidence with numbers is also a must. Teamwork is key to this role, and we are looking for someone who is collaborative, friendly, and with a can-do attitude.
