Role Summary and Impact
WPP handles the media planning and buying for some of the world's smartest advertisers. Supported by keen consumer insight, analysis and experience, we are the largest media planning and buying network in the world. The AV team sits at the heart of the agency and is responsible for investing money in the right media channels, at the right time, targeting the right audience. As a specialist function we know how important it is to spend this money wisely and we have many bespoke tech and data systems to help us deliver on any client brief or objective, via our dedicated tech and data teams. Our work centres around best-in-class trading deals across TV, VOD, Cinema and Radio. It is our role to ensure that every buy is as valuable as possible and delivered to the agreed criteria from both a campaign KPI and cost perspective.
The AV Executive is the backbone of the AV function; responsible for buying campaigns across a multitude of clients and platforms and reporting directly into the AV Buyer & Senior Buyers within their teams regarding value management, quality and channel co-ordination.
