Why we’re hiring: WPP is transforming the way we deliver People Technology globally, bringing Workday HCM to teams across our markets, agencies, and functions. As part of our global People Technology PMO, you’ll play a key role in helping shape and deliver a high-profile transformation programme that will create a more connected, data-driven employee experience for thousands of colleagues worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery and governance of a global Workday transformation programme, helping to keep projects aligned, on track, and moving forward.
  • Coordinate programme activities including planning, reporting, meeting management, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Gather, analyse, and present data and insights to support investment decisions, programme governance, and leadership reporting.
  • Monitor programme benefits, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics, helping teams drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain and enhance PMO processes, tools, documentation, and reporting to improve programme efficiency and transparency.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, portfolio reporting, and dashboard development, providing clear visibility of programme performance.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience supporting complex programmes or transformations within a large, global organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data, reporting, and financial information.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across global teams and different time zones is beneficial.
