The Global Head of Onefluence will own the strategic development, operational excellence and commercial growth of WPP’s advocacy and influencer partnership with (client) across all markets and all product areas. This is not a coordination role; it is a leadership role at a moment of significant change and opportunity.

Global Excellence

  • Own and evolve WPP x (client) global Onefluence approach.
  • Set the framework, standards and ways of working for all regions and markets.
  • Operational excellence across all markets.
  • Monitor all aspects of our delivery and ensure issues are isolated and addressed.
  • Surface, codify and scale best practice globally.
  • Turn market best practice into shared intelligence that raises performance everywhere.
  • Provide strategic direction and active support to market leads.
  • Guide implementation and be the escalation point for challenges.

Senior Client Leadership

  • Have trusted relationships with (client)’s key global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Earn trust through expertise and delivery, not seniority alone.
  • Shape and evolve the Onefluence framework in partnership with (client).
  • Positioning WPP as the most credible and expert voice in the room.
  • Act as the primary global escalation point on complex or high-stakes client challenges.
  • Bring solutions, not just a sympathetic ear.

Pitch Leadership & Commercial Growth

  • Lead our response on all significant Onefluence pitches and RFPs globally.
  • Bring consistency, narrative clarity and commercial rigour to every submission.
  • Set and own the commercial growth targets for Onefluence globally.
  • Identify and convert expansion opportunities within market and with new services.
  • Represent WPP at the highest level in every Onefluence conversation.
  • Have the authority and expertise to be taken seriously by (client) at every level.

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep, proven expertise in influencer and advocacy, including creator economics, platform mechanics, compliance frameworks and multi-market operations.
  • Proven ability to build, lead and improve complex global programmes with operational precision.
  • Senior client leadership experience with the gravitas to operate at CMO level and to build trust through substance, delivery and chemistry.
  • A track record of turning complex briefs into clear, winning strategic proposals and comfortable operating across strategy, operations and commercial.
  • Broad international experience across multiple regions, markets and cultures with a natural understanding of how global standards and local realities need to coexist.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to write and present with clarity and conviction at the most senior level.
  • Able to align large, distributed internal teams with authority.
