Role Summary and Impact: As a Biddable Executive, you will develop excellent platform knowledge and support the management and optimization of both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. You will perform keyword research, campaign building, daily monitoring, and data analysis to generate insightful commentary for performance reporting. Working closely with the Biddable Manager, you will contribute to executing best‑in‑class Biddable strategies, continuously seeking new opportunities through personal research and cross‑team collaboration.

Reporting Structure: Reports to Biddable Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Perform end-to-end setup of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across relevant platforms. Effectively manage designated biddable campaigns, ensuring ongoing and timely optimization and continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance. Undertake regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent adherence to process. Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns as necessary to improve performance. Produce detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and performance commentary. Assist with more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects. Contribute to client testing plans, including supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of tests with methodical accuracy.
  • Client & Partner Support: Collaborate with and support team members in the implementation, optimization, and biddable activation for clients. Contribute to client meetings and participate in ongoing client engagement. Communicate effectively with your Manager, client team, and client contacts regarding deadlines and delivery of work. Work with partners and attend regular platform training to develop biddable skill set and industry knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify gaps in achievement of goals, objectives, and/or processes, and work with the line manager to improve performance and drive efficiencies. Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process, and reconciliation of spends. Support on the day‑to‑day QA process across activation, minimizing error and risk, and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process.

Skills and Experience:

  • Biddable Aptitude: Passion for digital marketing, particularly Paid Search and Paid Social. Demonstrating developing proficiency in core PPC and social technology platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, Skai, TikTok, Pinterest). Current certifications (e.g., Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Analytical & Technical: Affinity for numbers and an analytical thought process, with basic data analysis knowledge and keenness to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of media planning fundamentals (e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats) relevant to biddable media.
  • Organisational & Proactive: Ability to manage time effectively, work as part of a group, proactive and self‑motivated, always looking to expand knowledge and capabilities.
  • Communication: Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
