Role Purpose:

The Global Media Platform Certification & Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing WPP's relationships with key media delivery platforms. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management, tracking, and reporting of WPP's global certification goals with media delivery partners such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. By diligently monitoring license counts against negotiated commercial targets, this role ensures the company’s investment goal adherence maintaining a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Goal Management & Tracking: Oversee and manage the global certification goals set with major media delivery platforms.
  • License Count Monitoring: Proactively track and monitor license counts across WPP's global markets against pre-defined commercial agreements and targets with vendor partners.
  • Market Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for local market teams, facilitating communication and gathering accurate license count data to ensure timely and precise tracking.
  • Dashboard Development & Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to streamline the tracking process, visualize progress, and provide real‑time insights into certification status and commercial goal attainment.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, highlight areas of underperformance or opportunity, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and market teams.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular, comprehensive reports and presentations on certification progress, commercial goal achievement, and the financial impact of these efforts for various stakeholders, including the Global Media Management & Delivery Investment Team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Global Practices Team to ensure alignment with best practices and the Global Learning & Development Team to support relevant training and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and standardization in global certification management and data collection.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience: Mid-level professional experience in media operations, ad technology, data analysis, or a similar analytical role within a global organization or agency environment.
  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify key insights, and translate them into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
  • Data Visualization & Automation: Proven proficiency in developing and utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Advanced Excel) for automated reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and seniority levels.
  • Proactivity: Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
