We are searching for a bright, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our OpenDoor team as Digital Planning Executive, MGM Theatrical. This is a full-time position based in London. This role sits within the central digital and biddable hub for MGM — a team built to lead innovation, platform governance, and scalable digital campaign delivery across global markets.

The Digital Planning Executive role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who loves entertainment and movies, and who is eager to build their digital media career in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced corners of the industry. You will get direct exposure to clients, real relationships with key media partners, and genuine involvement in campaign ideation — all while being supported and developed by the Digital Planning Manager and Digital Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management & Delivery: Support the setup and trafficking of digital campaigns across paid social, programmatic, video, and display — maintaining accurate trackers, monitoring delivery, and flagging issues to the Digital Planning Manager promptly.
  • Taxonomy & Technical Standards: Support the application of campaign taxonomy standards — ensuring naming conventions, campaign structures, and tagging hierarchies are correctly applied in every setup.
  • Media Partner Relationships: Build working relationships with key media partners, helping to ensure campaigns launch on time and run as planned.
  • Ideation & Planning Support: Contribute recommendations and bring creative energy to campaign ideation alongside the Digital Planning Manager and Digital Lead.
  • Client Exposure & Communication: Develop direct client exposure through weekly calls and campaign performance reviews, supporting the preparation of updates and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Work with the analytics team to deliver timely and accurate campaign reporting — maintaining trackers and ensuring data is correctly compiled and distributed.
  • Local Market & Team Support: Support the Digital Planning Manager in coordinating with local markets.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Curious about the digital media industry and eager to build expertise across biddable platforms, pan-regional partnerships, and campaign operations.
  • A can-do, proactive, and positive attitude with a real desire to grow and progress.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and media partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting.

  • Awareness of Amazon DSP (ADSP) and its application within entertainment and theatrical marketing.
