As a key member of the Global Client Communications team, the CRM Global Marketing Manager, Senior Executive will focus on client communications and serve as the go‑to person for global client team users and local marketing CRM champions. The role involves maintaining accurate CRM information, ensuring system upkeep, and actively supporting new global users of the CRM platform. This is a UK‑based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Accountabilities
- Maintain CRM system activity through user engagement.
- Liaise with the Global Business Systems team regarding technical status (downtime, SSL updates, etc.).
- Consult on system changes or updates and inform teams of new requirements or fixes.
- Manage the CRM support inbox, triage technical support emails, and coordinate with the Business Systems team.
- Maintain global assets in the CRM.
- Perform routine marketing checks on campaigns, lists, templates, email statistics, footers, subscription management, case studies, and other backend updates.
- Build and manage global events in the CRM and associated event communications.
- Support users by analysing analytics, assisting with email sends, and updating contacts.
- Work on global accounts and support local versions of the same accounts.
- Communicate new reports and dashboards created by the Global Business Systems team to the CRM community.
- Set up and maintain CRM user licenses and profiles, providing administrative support to all global users.
- Develop and deliver role‑based training, adding/updating users.
- Produce communications to support adoption (tips, tricks, new enhancements) in collaboration with the Business Systems team.
- Analyse adoption metrics and participate in software enhancements and webinars.
- Collect case studies and share best practices with users.
- Assist in system testing and support the global marketing teams across campaign data cycles.
- Build strong relationships with global client and local marketing teams to drive adoption and provide insights.
Skills and Experience
- Passion for data with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑management skills.
- Able to translate data into actionable information for informed decision‑making.
- Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce (a plus).
- Strong communicator who enjoys building marketing communities and business relationships.
- Self‑sufficient, quick learner, and minimal direction required.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Quick to learn new software and technologies.
- Experience creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance.
