The CRM Global Marketing Manager, Senior Executive will be a key member of the Global Client Communications team, focusing on client communications and serving as the go-to person for global client team users and local marketing CRM champions. The role involves maintaining accurate, up-to-date information, ensuring system upkeep, and actively supporting new global users of our CRM platform. You will work closely with the Global Business Systems team for technical support and guidance.
CRM System Management & Support
- Responsible for keeping the CRM system active through user engagement.
- Liaise with the Global Business Systems team regarding CRM technical status (e.g., downtime, SSL certificate updates, other technical business keys to CRM operation).
- Consult with the Global Business Systems team on CRM system changes or updates and inform them of new requirements or necessary fixes.
- Manage the CRM support inbox, responding to enquiries and triaging technical support emails to the Global Business Systems team.
- Responsible for maintenance of global assets in the CRM.
- Conduct BAU marketing checks on campaigns, marketing lists, design templates, email statistics, footers, subscription management, case studies, email user improvements and updating/correcting campaigns and marketing lists in the backend.
- Responsible for building and managing global events in the CRM and any global related event communications, including event sign‑ups.
- Support CRM users, analyse analytics, help with email sends, and update contacts.
- Work on global accounts and support local versions of the same account.
- Communicate new reports and dashboards – created by the Global Business Systems team – to the CRM community.
- Provide setup and maintenance of CRM user licenses and profiles and offer administrative support to all global users in fully adopting and using WPP Media’s CRM platform.
Training & Adoption
- Develop and implement role‑based training for users of the CRM.
- Train any new users and add/update users.
- Produce and distribute communications to support adoption (including testimonials, tips and tricks, and any new enhancements), consulting with the Global Business Systems team for expertise.
- Analyse adoption metrics.
- Actively participate in relevant software enhancements and webinars to improve knowledge on the CRM.
- Collect case studies and communicate best practice to users.
Collaboration & Communication
- Support the Global Business Systems team on system testing.
- Assist the global marketing teams across the CRM campaign data cycle – from segmentation to post‑campaign analysis, working closely with content and design teams to create strong campaigns that deliver growth and fame.
- Build a strong relationship with our global client teams and local marketing teams and develop comprehensive knowledge of the CRM to drive adoption and offer valuable insights and support.
Skills and Experience
- Passion for data, including strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data management skills.
- Ability to transform data into meaningful information to enable informed decision‑making.
- Experience with CRMs, such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong communicator and enjoys building and growing marketing communities and business relationships.
- Self‑sufficient and ability to learn quickly and on the job, with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be an advantage.
- Natural thirst and ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Experience of creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance.
