Role Summary and Impact
- Lead the design and execution of multi-market analytics projects, ensuring consistent methodologies and knowledge sharing.
- Translate client briefs into actionable measurement strategies, including MMM, geo tests, lift studies, and attribution.
- Develop comprehensive KPI frameworks and measurement plans that support client objectives and drive business growth.
- Oversee the creation of insightful post-campaign analyses, delivering clear recommendations that inform future planning and strategy.
- Guide the adoption of innovative analytics techniques, tools, and automation, ensuring best-in-class capabilities across the agency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact.
- Present complex data and insights in a compelling, audience-tailored manner, encouraging constructive dialogue and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver bespoke measurement solutions.
- Lead analytics workstreams for cross-capability initiatives, ensuring analytics are embedded in client offerings.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Take responsibility for team performance, resource planning, and morale, modeling mature leadership and empathy.

- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related discipline, with proven team management skills.
- Advanced expertise in experimentation and measurement (e.g., lift studies, geo tests, A/B testing, MMM, attribution).
- Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, predictive modelling and causal analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, R and/or Python; strong Excel skills; experience with cloud platforms (BigQuery, GCP, AWS).
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present data-driven insights that inform strategy and drive client business forward.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and revenue growth.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Trello) and leading cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at visualizing data and storytelling with insights.
