Planning

  • Lead and support on programmatic DOOH planning best practices and documentation, supporting planning OOH and digital teams where needed.
  • Lead and support on complex and data-heavy briefs – 3PD and 1PD planning, custom API triggers, measurement solutions and multichannel activations.
  • Support with how WPP Media’s programmatic DOOH offer is positioned to clients and within the market.
  • Proactively educate internal stakeholders on the advantages of programmatic DOOH.
  • Craft narratives and storytelling frameworks for the use of ADOOH, tailored to client sector and objective.

Commercial

  • Support with tracking commercial agreements, forecasts and pipeline.
  • Support with Salesforce admin.

Skills and Experience

  • Someone who has a good understanding of media (essential), programmatic planning and activation (ideal) and OOH (ideal but not necessary).
  • Someone who enjoys being the go‑to expert — confident explaining concepts and how we use data to inform planning.
  • Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, who can manage multiple complex briefs at once.
  • Someone comfortable working across DSPs and data platforms, and confident picking up new technology and systems.
  • Someone with good numeracy, able to interpret pacing, delivery and measurement data, and sensitive to the commercial implications of campaign decisions.
  • Someone who is a confident, articulate communicator, comfortable presenting in client meetings.
  • Someone keen to keep growing technical and commercial expertise, and interested in shaping how programmatic DOOH is planned across the wider business.

We’d really like it if you had:

  • Good understanding and use of MS Office/Windows – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable success in a media planning environment at Account Manager level and above.
  • A demonstrable track record in programmatic advertising, with hands‑on experience in at least one DSP.
