Addressable creative and Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) are rapidly growing areas within the industry and a core pillar of WPP Media’s offering. Sitting at the intersection of media strategy, creative execution and ad tech, the Addressable Executive will support the delivery of data-driven, audience-first campaigns across omnichannel environments. Working closely with Addressable Managers and the wider team, you will help support the end-to-end process from campaign setup and creative build coordination through to delivery, optimisation and post-campaign analysis. You will contribute to campaigns across Display, Social, Video, DOOH and Audio, helping ensure that projects are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in addressable media and DCO.
The Addressable Executive will support the day-to-day delivery of addressable campaigns across a range of clients and projects. You will help keep campaigns moving by coordinating tasks across planning, creative, development, ad ops and analytics teams. You will support project planning, quality assurance, trafficking readiness and reporting, ensuring that addressable work is delivered efficiently and in line with client and agency expectations. This role requires strong organisation, clear communication and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, working to deadlines and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Delivery Support: Support the Addressable Managers and wider team in the day-to-day delivery of addressable campaigns. Help coordinate the end-to-end process from briefing and planning through to launch and post-campaign wrap-up. Track timelines, tasks and dependencies across multiple projects. Support the delivery of campaigns across Display, Social, Video, DOOH and Audio. Escalate any risks, delays or roadblocks in a timely and proactive way.
- Project Coordination: Assist in creating clear project plans and timelines for internal teams to follow. Help manage multiple tasks across different campaigns with a strong focus on deadlines and quality. Support the smooth flow of information between creative, development, ad ops and activation teams. Maintain delivery trackers, status updates and project documentation. Ensure internal processes are followed accurately and consistently.
- Creative and QA Support: Assist with the coordination of creative builds and dynamic content requirements. Support internal quality assurance processes to ensure outputs meet WPP Media and client standards. Help check campaign assets, links, naming conventions and delivery details before launch. Liaise with design and development teams to support accurate and timely asset production. Contribute to maintaining high standards of campaign accuracy and quality control.
- Team and Client Support: Work closely with Addressable Managers, planners and activation teams to deliver campaign objectives. Support client servicing activity through clear communication and reliable follow-through. Help communicate project progress, deadlines and next steps to internal stakeholders. Provide support on campaign reporting, wrap-up and post-campaign learning. Build strong working relationships across teams and disciplines.
- Operational Excellence: Stay organised across multiple accounts and deliverables. Use spreadsheets and project tools confidently to track progress and manage tasks. Maintain strong attention to detail in all campaign-related work. Support the development of internal processes that improve efficiency and consistency. Take ownership of delegated tasks and deliver them to a high standard.
- Experience in digital media, project coordination, campaign delivery or a similar operational role.
