We are a team of approximately 17 people working on a mix of clients such as Allianz, KFC, First Group & Unilever. We are looking for a Paid Search Account Manager to join the growing Paid Search team based in London. You will own the day-to-day execution of all paid search activity, applying strong platform knowledge and supplier relationships to deliver testing, media plans, optimisation, and analysis. You will manage one or several juniors, overseeing their work and development to deliver client deliverables and exceed expectations. The Paid Search Account Manager acts as a key point of contact for the Global Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: manage designated search accounts with ongoing optimisation, forecast, and campaign strategy as directed by the AD; translate strategy into delivery.
  • Take responsibility for wider client or team deliverables (such as performance commentary or weekly reporting) and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to paid search channel best practices for clients and contribute to development of search best practice.
  • Client & Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with the Global Hub, client, and key suppliers; lead team communications with stakeholders.
  • Foster effective collaboration across client teams to enable flawless execution and build trust as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the client sector to help build strategies and plans and raise strategic issues as needed.
  • People Management: Act as motivational manager, coaching juniors, providing feedback and recognition.
  • Delegate and manage workloads across junior members and the Global Hub; support planning teams on the benefits and purpose of paid search.
  • Assist with recruitment when required and participate in interviews as an ambassador for the team.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage technology to maximise operational efficiencies, identify process improvements, and provide recommendations.
  • Own issues and proactively resolve them to prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to development of strategic revenue and service opportunities.

  • Paid Search expertise with current certifications; strong knowledge of bid management, core PPC platforms, data analysis, and the strategic and tactical application of paid search and digital marketing.
  • Leads and promotes continuous innovation and test & learn opportunities for the team and clients.
  • Creates a positive climate to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
