Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Retail Media Account Manager to join the growing Commerce Practice at EssenceMediacom. You will support key client accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, CitrusAd and Criteo.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations and budgeting to ensure client goal attainment, including use of retailer agnostic bid management technologies such as Pacvue or Skai.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key account stakeholders to maximize promotional opportunities and assist them in navigating the Commerce activation landscape.
- Ensure ongoing campaign compliance to WPP Media established guidelines and best practices.
- Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, delivering insight and optimisation opportunities.
- Synthesize key data points, identify trends and recommend activities to maximise business results and deliver an optimal customer experience.
- Address technical issues with media campaign serving.
- Stay up to date on changing marketplace dynamics surrounding ad products, technology and measurement within the retail media ecosystem.
- Manage reconciliation, invoicing/billing, trafficking and mapping data to our internal media campaign management platform.

About you
- Strong hands‑on experience running campaigns in Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Solid working knowledge of CitrusAd and Criteo (onsite and offsite retail media).
- Confident managing senior client stakeholders, simplifying complex performance results into clear recommendations.
- Passion for coaching and building capability in your team.
- Experience of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or retailer clean room analytics would be nice to have but not required.
- Exposure to wider commerce channels (e.g. Tesco Media).
