The role exists to support a growing Paid Search and Social specialist team where we are looking for an experienced Biddable Account Manager who will play an instrumental role in further developing our offering by supporting the ongoing client engagement, managing key campaign activity for the client and support the Account Director and Manager to implement the strategic vision of the account and team. The candidate will report to the Business Director though will work consistently with the Account Director. An Account Executive will sit within this team and directly support this role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of successfully planning, executing and optimising Paid Search and Social campaigns. They will need to demonstrate knowledge of native platform suppliers and 3rd party providers, as well as developing an understanding of their available products and services.

Delivering Client Performance
  • Work with digital platforms like Google Ads (inclusive of YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to run best practice compliant campaigns.
  • Competently create media plans designed to achieve specified client briefed KPIs and outcomes.
  • Understand how digital media can be measured and tracked using third party technology, such as via Google Analytics.
  • Navigate and implement advanced features within native and 3rd part digital management platforms (I.e. automation, bid rules, audience expansions/creation, etc.).
  • Identify and implement testing approaches to improve campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Carry out regular account optimisation to improve performance against KPIs.
  • Complete client reporting and analyse campaign results extracting insight to provide recommendations for future activity.
  • Contribute to regular client meetings; preparing and presenting performance snapshots and account action updates.
  • Effectively manage your workload, and submit deliverables to your Account Director/Manager within deadlines.

  • Train Executives on how to effectively and efficiently build Paid Search and Social campaigns and applying best practices to activity.

  • Complete the Mindshare finance process.
  • Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks.
  • Support team by looking to enhance processes.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience setting up and optimising campaigns within Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft via SA360/Skai/etc (ideal).
  • Experience using custom audiences and automation to enhance paid media strategy and performance.
  • Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large data sets in order to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search and Social best practices related to buying strategies, formats/campaign types, audiences, and set‑up.
  • Understanding of measurement capabilities via the native platforms and 3rd party tools.
  • Intermediate experience using Excel and PowerPoint (Charts and graphs, pivot tables).
  • Proactive approach to expanding knowledge and capabilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a wider, cross‑channel team.
  • Be confident and comfortable with owning and leading aspects of client communication.
