Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media in Manchester is experiencing an unprecedented period of accelerated growth and strategic expansion. Fueled by significant new client wins and an expanding portfolio of groundbreaking work, we're not just growing – we're redefining what's possible in the digital media landscape. This exciting momentum means we're on the hunt for top-tier talent across a wide array of specialist areas at Executive, Manager, Director, and Business Director levels. Across our Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Implementation Planning teams, you'll find roles that offer both hands-on impact and strategic leadership.

At the Executive level, you'll gain foundational experience, actively supporting the team in the execution and optimisation of campaigns, assisting with data analysis, and preparing reports. You'll be instrumental in supporting client deliverables and building essential skills within your chosen specialism. At the Manager level, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns, contributing directly to client success, mentoring junior team members, and owning key project deliverables within your specialism. As a Director, you'll take on a more strategic mantle, overseeing team performance, developing advanced media strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving innovation across complex campaigns. You'll be a leader, guiding your team and influencing client outcomes. At the Business Director level, your focus will be on high-level strategic direction, client portfolio growth, thought leadership, and shaping the future direction of your specialism or client accounts. You'll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, fostering senior client partnerships, and contributing to the overall business development and success of WPP Media.

  • Proven Expertise: Experience within your chosen digital media specialism (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, or Implementation Planning).

  • Client Leadership: Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills, with a proven track record of building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and capable of working effectively across various internal and external stakeholders.
