Operations is dedicated to the improvement of WPP Media, both in driving adoption of the technology and processes that underpin our operating model, but also consulting on team changes, commercial models and client transformation. The Ops team drives discovery, evolution and delivery for different projects ensuring a documented and consistent approach to improvement that support business teams and has client impact.
As a Director of Client Transformation, you are a vital contributor to the team responsible for bridging strategic vision with operational execution and fostering deep client partnerships. This role focuses on facilitating seamless operational flow with agency partners and actively assisting in the execution of client transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in the operational success of our agency ecosystem, supporting the VP in managing engagement touchpoints for client and agency leadership.
There are 3 key areas this work falls into:
- Coordinating and then subsequently executing onboarding/offboarding processes, proactively addressing client and operational issues by collaborating with internal teams, and supporting the integration of critical tools like Open within client-specific workflows.
- Trouble shooting client issues and challenges outside the day to day.
- Client Transformation Initiatives.
Your impact will be in ensuring operational efficiency that strengthens client relationships, while also contributing to and executing strategic transformations that unlock new value for clients.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in client-facing roles within media agencies.
- Experience of operational projects around process, products or structural changes.
- Proven success in contributing to and managing key workstreams.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and experience navigating complex organisational structures.
- Experience in client communication, deck narratives and landing operational narratives.
- Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Ability to maintain standards and process throughout a project lifecycle.
- Strong project coordination or business analysis skills are essential.
