Role Summary And Impact
The Programmatic Senior Strategist will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital campaigns. Responsibilities include hands‑on implementation, optimization, and scaling of programmatic campaigns in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads, as well as social media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will leverage your analytical skills to monitor performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve results. You will also be a mentor to new team members, providing training and support to ensure they excel in their roles. In addition, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall team efficiency and performance.

- Proven 2+ years of programmatic campaign management and optimization across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills to effectively work with cross‑functional teams.
