About WPP Media WPP Media is an AI‑driven media operating unit that brings together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale. Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients can see exactly how their media investment is working.

As a Manager, AV you’ll own the full planning process for AV media across clients such as Suntory, OTM and Akzo. You will make recommendations to clients based on insights and evidence, ensuring audit guarantees and delivering end‑to‑end planning across AV channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and buying process for AV media across all channels including TV, Radio, Film, and OOH.
  • Use industry media planning tools (e.g., Techedge, BARB, Media Ocean, TGI) to analyse audience and media data.
  • Deliver insights‑driven recommendations that meet audit guarantees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a consultative selling partner, communicating plans and strategies clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate media with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of AV planning and all media channels.
  • Hands‑on experience with industry media planning tools such as Techedge, BARB, Media Ocean and TGI.
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness to interpret data and make evidence‑based decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas to clients.
  • Proactive relationship builder with media owners.
  • Track record of delivering award‑winning, innovative media plans.
  • Leadership experience and talent management skills.
