Our Product Designers play essential roles in the strategy, design, and optimisation of beautiful ideas, products, and services. They bring intelligent thought and craft, developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.

As a Senior Product Designer in our integrated London product team, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on creating impact through imagining and informing the design of products, services, and platforms for globally renowned companies. This work not only incorporates establishing a new look and feel, but also grows across multiple brands and touchpoints to impact millions of users.

For this particular role, you must possess exceptional visual design craft skills balanced with a strong, fluent understanding of UX and digital product logic. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in regard to approach, deliverables, and the future development of the design system. You will sit in front of senior stakeholders and be trusted to deliver high-priority projects that create meaningful value at a rapid pace.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortably take the initiative on defining the art direction, visual signature, and core value propositions of the digital experiences we build.
  • Take a leading role in designing, implementing, and operationalising comprehensive, scalable design systems that serve multiple platforms and brand touchpoints.
  • Actively push the boundaries of incoming briefs, championing innovative thinking to propose bold, highly polished visual concepts that elevate client expectations.
  • Work closely with UX, Strategy, and Analytics teams to seamlessly translate data-driven insights and user feedback into beautiful, high-fidelity design opportunities.
  • Provide elite execution in UI and visual design (including layout, typography, and micro-interactions) while maintaining a strong, intuitive grounding in UX design principles.
  • Collaborate confidently and seamlessly with development teams to bring complex digital products and design systems to life, ensuring the ultimate quality of output from design to deployment.
  • Confidently pitch, present, and rationalise original ideas, sketches, and prototypes to peers, business owners, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate confidently with Experience Designers, Product Strategists, and Engineers to maintain a unified product vision.
  • Own the setup, operationalisation, and scaling of enterprise design systems

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced creative agency or digital product studio.
  • Exemplary Visual Craft: A relentless eye for detail, with a deep passion for refining and iterating digital experiences until they are flawless.
  • Deep Design System Knowledge: Excessive, practical knowledge of building and managing enterprise-scale design systems.
  • Leader & Mentor: Proven experience guiding product development alongside large, multidisciplinary teams, with a natural drive to support and mentor junior talent.
  • Fearless & Relentless: You are fearless, boundlessly creative, and relentlessly attentive to the craft and polish of digital products.
