As Director, Global Enablement – Commerce, you will be the trusted partner for global and regional commerce leaders and champion networks.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Strategic Product Enablement & Leadership
  • Manage or mentor and guide more junior team members and stakeholders on expert product use.
  • Set or contribute to OKRs for your team.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate the organization, ensuring you're able to influence outcomes with little or no support.
  • Independently develop a deep, practical understanding of app capabilities, their features, benefits, and strategic place within agency and client business.
  • Provide significant input to product roadmaps, influencing product evolution based on client needs, data-driven feedback, and market dynamics to drive full value realization.
  • Design, lead, and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored for various partner and customer groups aimed at delivering consistent and effective product adoption.
  • Scaled Content & Knowledge
  • Translate product features and releases into best-in-class, user-centric enablement materials.
  • Create and scale knowledge base articles, guides, and playbooks.
  • Inform the design and development of scalable training materials and resources.
  • Gather input from the enablement and champion community to continuously audit and improve materials.
  • Help to establish consistent messaging and documentation across the enablement ecosystem.
  • Community & Knowledge Distribution
  • Strengthen the readiness of Regional/Client Enablement and Champion networks.
  • Maintain accessible, well-structured knowledge hubs.
  • Lead delivery for global community forums and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Champion platform and capability education, delivering training for internal communities.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather structured feedback from partners, champions, and users.
  • Channel insights through defined mechanisms to Platform/Capability leadership.
  • Identify gaps in enablement coverage and content.
  • Proactively gather and analyze complex user feedback and be the voice of the user/client; channel insights back to Platform/Capability development, influencing improvements and adoption.
  • What you'll need
  • 6+ years of experience in platform/product enablement, client success, product marketing, or a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of autonomously driving product adoption and value.
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising or a related field, with a solid understanding of complex agency operating structures, competitive technology, and Media, Production, and Creative capabilities.
  • Strong comprehension of how commerce data & technology is used by agencies and advertisers to bolster their clients' business operations and strategies.

First-hand experience with third-party commerce products and platforms is preferred.

  • Familiarity with streamlining workflows through technology, ideally AI-powered automation.
  • Strong analytical skills to track adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics.
  • Proven ability to contribute to and implement comprehensive enablement strategies and lead the creation of impactful supporting materials.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building trust, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships across highly matrixed, multi-geographical teams.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and acting as a subject-matter expert.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for delivering impactful product demos and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and practical thinking in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  • A strong and flexible work ethic; able to thrive under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
