With 900 creative minds across 17 studios worldwide, diverse in expertise, experience, backgrounds and beliefs, we are united in our ambition to achieve real impact for our clients' brands benefiting their business, people and the planet.

About the role

As a Junior Motion Designer, you'll be a key part of our motion team, working under the guidance of our senior designers and directors to help bring global brand identities to life. You'll be hands‑on across a variety of projects, including social content, digital activations, and brand films. This role is a perfect opportunity to hone your craft in 2D motion design and video editing while collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams of strategists and creatives. You'll assist in taking static brand assets and transforming them into fluid, engaging motion, learning how to adapt your style to suit different industries and visual languages. It's a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where you'll be encouraged to experiment with new techniques, stay curious about the latest motion trends, and contribute your own original ideas to help tell powerful brand stories.

About you

You'll have a growing portfolio that shows a genuine passion for animation principles and storytelling through movement. You'll be highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, with a sharp eye for timing, rhythm, and detail. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you'll be a proactive communicator and a great team player who is ready to jump in and support the wider studio.

Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial include:

  • A foundational understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, and easing).
  • A keen interest in emerging motion tools, such as Cavalry, or an interest in exploring generative AI workflows for motion.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D software (like Cinema 4D) is a plus, but a passion for 2D animation and editing is your primary focus.
  • A strong sense of composition and visual narrative.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with transitions and editing techniques.

Why us?

We're passionate about our people and their careers. We'll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you'll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We're proud to be the world's most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual's Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You'll get to take new projects to award‑winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
