We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Experimentation Manager to join us on a short-term contract from early August onwards. We are also open to permanent candidates but you need to be able to start within August.

Your role will be to ensure the flawless execution and ongoing management of our client’s market-specific and regionally tailored, experimentation-led growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Experimentation Lead, you will act as the crucial link between strategy and technical delivery. Your primary focus is the reliable ingestion, accurate dissemination, and diligent monitoring of experiments—ensuring they run efficiently, deliver trustworthy data, and are localized for target global markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operational Execution of Global Experimentation Activities
    • Roadmap Coordination: Execute, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day tactical operations for regional testing roadmaps, ensuring tests launch on schedule, in scope, and adapted for local market nuances.
    • Project & Resource Management: Track timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Create tickets and update statuses to ensure seamless test delivery.
    • Performance Reporting: Generate and distribute clear performance reports and insights to the Experimentation Lead and stakeholders, providing clear breakdowns of regional performance and ROI.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain robust communication channels, providing proactive updates on experiment backlogs, deployment status, blockers, and regional performance variations.
  • Experimentation Implementation & Operations Support
    • ELG Framework Adherence: Meticulously follow established Experimentation-Led Growth (ELG) methodologies, frameworks, and regional guidelines.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional marketing, product, localization, and technical teams to configure, execute, and support the analysis of experiments.
    • Infrastructure & Troubleshooting: Operate and troubleshoot the infrastructure for continuous testing, learning, and iteration, resolving regional deployment issues as they arise.
    • Data Extraction: Extract and summarize raw data and key findings (including regional anomalies and successes) for the Experimentation Lead’s review.
  • Technical Delivery & Platform Configuration
    • Platform Configuration: Execute the technical setup and launch of experimentation programs using advanced experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for market-specific audience segmentation.
    • Integration & Optimization: Configure integrated tech solutions to maximize testing velocity, accuracy, and regional market effectiveness.
    • Technical Ticketing: Create and manage tickets for technical tasks, bug fixes, and data requests, particularly for regional deployments and localization.

  • Execution & Project Coordination
    • Project Delivery: Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple regional initiatives on time and in scope.
    • PM Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), including dependency tracking and risk escalation.
    • Process Discipline: Experience following and refining repeatable frameworks for experimentation setup, technical delivery, and reporting.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and the ability to extract, compile, and interpret raw datasets to populate regional performance reports.
    • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of how technical delivery and accurate experiment data translate into business value, ROI, and market-specific commercial outcomes.
    • Reporting: Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and structured performance updates for diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
    • Global Stakeholder Management: Excellent active listening and expectation management skills to act as a reliable point of contact for diverse global and regional stakeholders.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, data science, and localization teams to resolve issues and deliver experiments.
    • Clear Articulation: Ability to clearly explain operational processes, technical requirements, and experiment statuses.
