WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at The BLVD at White Springs in Nottingham, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.
We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability.
Location: Nottingham, MDPay: $21/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
- Assist with applications and collect required documentation
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
- Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
- Support community events and resident retention initiatives
- Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
- Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a busy office setting
- Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have daily access to a motor vehicle
- Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, hospitality, or high-end retail experience preferred
