WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Verona at Middle River. If you're passionate about people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in property management, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
- Assist with applications and collect required documentation
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
- Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
- Support community events and resident retention initiatives
- Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
- Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask in a busy office setting
- Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
