Join the Northern Procurement Alliance (NPA) as a Marketing and Communications Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with our clients, partners and stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Planning, managing and delivering the annual NPA marketing and communications plan, including budgets and event costings.
- Delivering effective online and offline marketing activity to increase brand awareness, generate opportunities and build client and supplier loyalty.
- Creating engaging marketing content across multiple channels including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs and printed materials.
- Managing and delivering events, webinars and exhibitions, from planning and promotion through to delivery and ROI evaluation.
- Ensuring all marketing and communications activity aligns with LHCPG brand guidelines and wider Group marketing strategy.
- Managing and maintaining the NPA website, CRM database and digital marketing platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance and effective use of data.
- Developing and delivering a social media strategy to drive engagement, traffic and visibility.
- Analysing marketing performance, reporting on outcomes and implementing continuous improvements.
- Building and managing relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, trade associations and marketing agencies.
What You Need
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with the ability to deliver campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience of creating engaging copy across a range of channels including websites, brochures, press releases and digital campaigns.
- Experience evaluating marketing performance, reporting on ROI and implementing improvements.
- Confident using CRM systems, CMS platforms and third‑party email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience within construction, housing or the public sector is desirable.
- CIM / MCIM qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
