The starting salary is £25,000 (pro rata for the duration of the placement year). The role is full time (37 hours per week) and is based in our office on Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton, TA1 2PE. Suitable candidates must live within a commutable distance to our office in Taunton.

About the role
Within this role you will act as an ambassador for WPA by becoming an integral part of the relationship between WPA and group contacts, intermediaries, healthcare partners and employee benefits consultants, responding to queries and helping prepare for scheme review meetings. As a Relationship Coordinator you will also:
- Be the first point of contact for group scheme queries and issues raised by our internal helpdesks.
- Assist with core department functions such as checking departmental mailboxes, producing reports and analysing data.
- Support the Relationship Managers in the development and maintenance of our relationships with our customers including resolving any complex issues, cases and complaints.
- Prepare and produce generic and bespoke literature on behalf of the Relationship Managers.
About you
The successful candidate will be able to represent WPA professionally at all times, supporting the Relationship Managers in all aspects of their role and enabling them to build positive relationships easily with internal and external stakeholders. They will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to achieve deadlines and targets to a high standard. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive and hardworking candidate who is able to work individually and as part of the team.
