Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day office administration to support the smooth running of the PST.
- Managing inboxes and responding to emails both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing telephone cover and dealing with enquiries appropriately, following up on actions and taking messages where necessary.
- Scanning documents and ensuring files are stored correctly and securely.
- Supporting with data entry and the maintenance of personnel records and HR systems in accordance with internal processes and data protection.
- Preparing presentation materials and routine correspondence using standard letter templates.
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required to support team objectives and projects, to ensure key business targets can be delivered.

With excellent attention to detail, you can manage your time efficiently to prioritise tasks and remain well organised in a busy working environment. You will be confident in building rapport, working closely and collaboratively with the PST to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, and supported by a team where passion and enthusiasm are at the heart of everything we do. Working hours and location
This is a temporary position to support with project work and provide holiday cover during the busy summer period from mid-May/June through to September. The role is 37 hours per week, working full time in our Taunton office at Rivergate House and as onsite attendance is required, applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance (we recommend within 15 miles).
