WP Tech Support is an exciting tech company that provides 24/7 support and maintenance plans for over 1,000 WordPress websites globally. Although the company’s head office is in the Isle of Man (UK), most of the team is remote and based internationally.

The role and required experience/skill set
We’re looking for a WordPress Technical Support Agent to manage the workload of our team of developers and engineers in response to support tickets raised by our clients and by the ongoing servicing and checks we undertake on their WordPress websites.
Our project managers also communicate with our English-speaking client base, so written English must be powerful.
The ideal candidate should:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Have previous experience of working in a project management role
- Experience in using Asana is preferable but not critical
- Ideally, 4+ years of experience working with WordPress
Hours: Flexible given we’re a 24/7 service (40 hours per week)
Rate: Competitive based on experience, location, and technical skills. We are a small company (circa 30 team employees) offering the flexibility of a remote role, which is reflected in the level of hourly rate we’re able to offer.
