WP Tech Support is an exciting tech company that provides 24/7 support and maintenance plans for over 1,000 WordPress websites globally. Although the company's head office is in the Isle of Man (UK), the majority of the team is remote and based internationally.
The role and required experience/skill set:
- We're seeking an experienced and motivated developer/engineer to deal with WordPress website support requests via our client support portal.
- Workload will be organised by our project management team and will be varied and challenging.
- The ideal candidate should be experienced in the following areas:
- PHP
- HTML
- CSS
- WordPress theme editing & development
- Git
- ManageWP
- BlogVault
Hours: Flexible given we're a 24/7 service (40 hours per week).
Rate: Competitive based on experience, location, and technical skills. We are a small company (circa 30 team employees) offering the flexibility of a remote role, which is reflected in the hourly rate we can offer.
