Duties:
- Working in both occupied and unoccupied domestic and commercial premises, undertaking maintenance and repairs services to include:
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults, reporting issues to supervisors
- Working to standards and health and safety
- Maintaining tools, plant, equipment and vehicle
- Maintaining communications with the customer to keep them updated on progress
- Using PDA to maintain accurate records and take photographs of works
Experience:
- Must have minimum Level 2 plumbing qualifications and at least 7 years trade experience plus tiling
- Must be competent with all aspects of bathroom installation
- Have the ability to use both a press gun and a pipe freezing kit
- Be willing to work with rainwater goods when required
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use a PDA
- Must be organised and able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Must have a full driver’s license
- This role will be subject to a DBS Clearance
Salary: £35,092 per annum plus benefits and call out premium
