Project Site Agent/ Supervisor
Industry: Civil Engineering
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 40 hours per week, night shift working may be required on occasion ( paid at time and a third)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Immediate start for a minimum of 6 months
Duties
- Maintain detailed daily site records and project diaries.
- Record labour, plant, materials and productivity.
- Support programme monitoring and reporting.
- Assist with commercial administration and project controls.
- Liaise between internal departments and contracting delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality plans, ITPs and approved procedures.
- Support safety, environmental and quality management activities.
- Assist with project handover and as-built documentation.
Experience
- Previous Site Agent/Supervisor Experience on civil engineering, highways or bridge/structural projects.
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping skills.
- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Good temporary works awareness.
- Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Practical understanding of construction delivery and site operations.
Salary: £19.23 per hour worked,
