Hours: 39 hours per week (8am - 5pm Mon- Thu, 9am -1pm Fri. May consider 34 hours, Mon - Thu)
Days: Monday - Friday (may consider Monday - Thursday)
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
- Supporting the professional services team
- Manage project documentation and filing systems
- Support report production and document formatting
- Maintain project trackers and action logs
- Prepare meeting packs, attend meetings, take minutes and type notes
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- Support quality management processes
- Maintain templates, procedures and technical records
- Help implement AI-assisted administrative workflows
Experience:
- Must have strong administrative experience and a good technical aptitude
- Experience of working within construction, surveying or property related industries is an advantage
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable and confident in liaising with surveyors, project managers, architects, designers and clients
- Must have high level organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Must have strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to learn new systems
- An interest in digital transformation and AI tools is an advantage
Salary: £28,392.00 per annum
