Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Team, including liaison with curriculum areas and students via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Collect and process performance, progression, and destination data.
- Analyse data and produce reports.
- Prepare, plan, and run audits related activity.
- Assist in external quality reviews.
- Manage diary, organise meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
Qualifications
- Must have strong administrative skills including data management, reporting and minute taking.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritise workload to deadlines.
- Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a small team and collaboratively with the wider organisation.
- Previous experience within the education sector is an advantage.
- Current DBS cleared within the last 12 months or part of the update service is preferred; a DBS clearance will be processed by the client for the right candidate.
Salary: £13.53 per hour worked
