Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight (mainland / international travel may occasionally be required)
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (may be required to be flexible for occasional events)

Duties
- Working within a small team promoting national and international training courses, events and tailored services.
- First point of contact for all telephone, email and live chat sales enquiries.
- Following up enquiries, securing bookings and updating systems.
- Assisting with marketing, social media posts and updating website with course availability.
- Processing customer details, correspondence and maintaining databases.
- Create invoices, chase customers for payment if necessary.
- Assisting in arranging and attending exhibitions and careers fairs (if required).
- Help deliver careers advice and CV service.
- Meet and greet participants, assist with operations and travel arrangements.
Experience
- Previous, proven sales experience, excellent customer service/communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Strong administrative and IT skills including social media and Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems.
- Must have a positive/proactive attitude, be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a small team and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- A knowledge of the marine industry is an advantage.
