Duties:
- Interpret asset records to enable the provision of accurate responses to Highways Searches.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate record of the publicly maintained highway and highway adoption records.
- Deliver customer orientated services to ensure search requests are responded to in full compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in the delivery of the street naming and numbering process.
Experience:
- Must have a good level of administrative and customer service experience.
- Experience of interpreting map-based information is an advantage.
- Must have a strong level of accuracy and the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines and service standards.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Experience of GIS is an advantage.
Salary: £13.81 per hour worked
